i've caught a stomach thing

ugh- i think i've got a stomach virus. i've been throwing up and otherwise engaged in the bathroom since yesterday. my weight has plummeted from 117 monday morning when i was feeling fine and wondering why i lost two pounds to 114. i've not even been able to keep down gatorade. i'm so unexcited for my appointment at the dr tomorrow morning its ridiculous.
i'm attempting rice as we speak. it better stay down. i haven't thrown up this much in succession in years. or at least since the last time i decided to drink with the big boys.
i doubt the rice is going to make a dent in the weight department. she can call my boy he'll attest to my falling asleep in the bathroom at 4 am.
i LOVE the cooking channel. not even going to pretend. i absolutely love it. i spend hours and hours and hours wasting time watching it. and right now theres some crazy woman making spinach and apple salad and it looks delicious.
oh god- i don't think the rice is sticking. hope you all are having a better day than i am.
