update for claire

sorry its been so long claire, here's the update- didn't have a chance to get back here. my potassium level while still somewhat dangersously low was not below 3. so my dr didn't make me go to the hospital friday night. she did however threaten my life if i went out. my boy told me there was not a chance we were going out, and instead took me out for dinner.
i had the potassium lovers meal- avacado and tomato salad and then gnoucchi mmmmmm. i weighed almost 130 pounds before i went to bed friday night. needless to say i was less than pleased.
we ate ... he asked why my potassium was under 3.5 ... i shrugged, because i won't actually lie to him, i'll neglect to tell the truth but i will not actually physically lie to him. he said "you aren't eating are you" i cringed i think i actually physically cringed. and then we argued. it was a great night overall really.
thank god the weight didn't stick overnight. i've been taking my potassium, and eating potassium rich foods, when i do eat all weekend and i think i am going in tomorrow at some point to have more blood taken so that for my regular appt on wednesday the results are back. hopefully my potassium levels are back to normal.
i didn't dare say anything about drugs to anybody. i know she would have freaked out. she was deadly serious in the office i hate when she gets like that makes me all nervous. i guess she's not reading in here, cause she would have for sure mentioned it by now.
and how pathetic that the for me the best thing about the whole night is that my weight went down after having to eat more than i wanted to. i'm an asshole.
